Privacy Policy InterviewPop Effective Date: March 5, 2026
Introduction InterviewPop is a paid iOS application developed and published by an independent developer. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information in connection with InterviewPop (“the App”).
Information We Do Not Collect InterviewPop does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information from you. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Name, email address, phone number, or any contact details
- Device identifiers (such as IDFA, advertising ID, or other unique identifiers)
- Location data
- Usage data (such as session length, interactions, or app events)
- Any other information that could identify you or your device
The App is designed to function entirely offline and has no internet access permission. No data of any kind is sent from your device to us or to any third parties.
Analytics Currently, InterviewPop does not use any form of analytics, whether local or remote. We may consider adding purely on-device (local-only) analytics features in future updates to help improve the App. If implemented, such features would:
- Operate exclusively on your device
- Never transmit any data off your device
- Never involve personal information or identifiers
Any future change that involves data practices would be clearly described in an updated version of this Privacy Policy, and the effective date would be revised accordingly.
Children’s Privacy InterviewPop is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us (details below).
Third-Party Services The App does not integrate or use any third-party SDKs, libraries, analytics tools, advertising networks, cloud services, or other external components that could collect or process data. Apple’s App Store platform itself may collect limited transactional information related to your purchase (such as receipt validation), but this is handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). We do not receive or access any of this information.
California Privacy Rights This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). InterviewPop does not collect, use, retain, sell, share, or disclose any personal information or sensitive personal information as defined under California law. As a result:
- No categories of personal information or sensitive personal information are collected.
- No personal information is sold or shared (including for cross-context behavioral advertising).
- No “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” mechanism is required or provided.
- Rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/sharing, limit use of sensitive information, or non-discrimination do not apply in practice, as no qualifying data is collected or processed.
If our practices were to change in the future (which would require an app update involving data transmission), we would update this policy accordingly, provide appropriate notices, and comply with all applicable requirements.
Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted here with a revised “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
